Welcome to my ebook! I’m so excited to share these recipes with you!
Children can be very picky eaters. Often they will choose to dislike a food simply based on how it
looks or smells, before even tasting it. There’s nothing worse than finding an exquisitely healthy recipe and making a
big effort to prepare it for your family, only to have your kids refuse to even try it. When it comes to getting kids to eat
healthy dinners, often it’s a compromise. Many kids don’t eat enough protein. They snack on empty carbs all day so my
goal is to help my kids eat protein with their dinner. I’ve found that when I stick to traditional recipes, and substitute
certain ingredients to make them healthier, I can strike a balance between healthy and MEALS KIDS WILL ACTUALLY
EAT.
My 3rd child Luke is my PICKIEST eater. Dinner is often a battle with him but all 5 recipes I’ve included in this ebook, HE
WILL EAT! So that says something :)
Now, he didn’t like them all right away, it took some time for him to acquire a taste for them... but with persistent
effort, and sound parenting, he came around :)
