3. To deliver world class service to the guest in your
restaurant you will need to start with the
following:
 Bring Your Smile
 Iron Shirt & Pants
 Wear Your Name Tag
 Clean Logo Apron and Service
Towel
Every guest IMPRESSED; not just satisfied.

4. To deliver world class service to the guest in your
restaurant you will need to do the following:
 Belt Where Required
 Socks and stockings are
Matching
 Bring: Pens/Order Pads,
Crumbers
Every guest IMPRESSED; not just satisfied.

5.  Before you’re able to give patrons World Class Service,
your tables also need to be clean before they sit down.
To make sure your tables are clean, you
must do a “9 Point Station Check”:
1. Table Clean
2. Sugar Caddies Full
3. Ketchup, Salt & Pepper Full
4. Plant & Chains free of dust
5. Tiffanies Clean & lights on

6.  Before you’re able to give patrons World Class Service,
your tables also need to be clean before they sit down.
To make sure your tables are clean, you
must do a “9 Point Station Check”:
6. Ledges & Window Sills Wiped
7. Chairs & Table Legs Clean
8. Table Bases Clean
9. Floor Vacuumed or Swept

7.  Once everything is set, you then follow the
“8 Basic Service Steps”:
 1 Minute Greeting
 4 Minute Beverage
 7 Minute Appetizer
 14 Minute Entrée
 2 Minute Check Back
 5 Minute Desserts
 2 Minute Check
 2 Minute Table Turn
