5. Bombardier reports lower Q4 profit The world’s No. 1 passenger train maker and No. 3 civil aircraft manufacturer earned $179 million, or 10 cents a share, in its fourth quarter ended January 31. That compares to $312 million, or 17 cents, a year earlier. Sales fell to $5.35 billion from $5.43 billion.

9. Magellan Aerospace reports fourth-quarter profit falls Magellan Aerospace Corp. said March 26th it earned $2 million in its latest quarter, down from $7.4 million a year ago. The maker of aircraft parts said the profit amounted to five cents per diluted share for the quarter ended Dec. 31 compared with a profit of 39 cents per diluted share a year earlier.

The new facility is expected to directly create up to 100 jobs in the London area, with a further 500 jobs through supplier activity.
