Leading Change in any organization is about working with the organization as a complex, adaptive social network, facilitating lean, step-by-step change via Plan-Do-Check-Act experiements and learning (see Jason Little, Deming Cycle), finding the innovators, early adopters and working with them to build momentum (see Crossing the Chasm), talking to the each individual and answering WIIFM while also enabling them with the knowledge and ability to change (ADKAR model), and last but not least removing the organizational barriers and creating the right organizational enviroment for change (5 Is model).
