Sales Tracker Podio guideline
1. Podio.com
What is Podio?
Podio is an online workspace sharing system. There are many functons,
but for now, we will build upon the CRM system. Many AIESEC countries
around the world are using this system for many purposes
Why we use Podio?
1. User Friendly system.
2. You will never remember the link for google doc spreadsheet for
any sales tracker, in podio, you will remember this for sure.
3. Track based on Activity.
Step 1 : Create an account
Go to www.podio.com and enter your email under “enter your email address”
and click on “sign up”
Please use your myaiesec.net address
Once done, email Reynaldo Rayne at aldo.rayne@aiesec.net to get invitation to
join the AIESEC in Indonesia workspace in Podio.
2. Step 2 : Access the AIESEC in Indonesia workspace
Step 3 : Using the System, add the Sales Activity
Apps : Sales Tracker , just use this one to track down all activity in doing sales
here.
Activity Stream, in those stream, you will be able to see the people who update
any information in the AIESEC in Indonesia Timeline.

4. Step 4 : Access the Sales Tracker
Click : add Sale to update your sales activity.
*every part need to be filled.
Fill the Sales Tracker :
I will not explaining much here, because everything is explanatory in the form.
5. Update your Meeting Output, follow up Meeting Output in the tracker.
Whenever you have do any follow up Meeting ensure that you update it, so we
know you actually still taking care of this account
