This document outlines communication strategies to promote 1 euro museums to young people. It discusses using websites, social media, posters, booklets and media coverage to inform target audiences aged 12 to 26. It also describes holding events like a museum cycling tour, party at a museum, and content activities partnering with youth groups, to engage young people and boost interest in visiting the museums.

15. Bringing the museum to the people We travel around the country with our 1 euro caravan. We bump into youngsters on their first studentparty, at their favorite music festival, … We inform and motivate them to visit the 1 euro museums .
17. Making a museum on the Festival 10 young artists go to Pukkelpop, an international recognized music festival. Together with the visitors they turned the festival into a museum. Also our promoteam was present!
23. Party at the Museum The cycling tour ended at the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp, where about 1000 youngsters celebrated the launch of the “1 euro museums”
24. Let’s swim! About 150 youngsters take an ice cold dive at the Sportimonium, museum of sports. Since the first of January the Sportimonium and two other useum, FotoMuseum & Huis van Alijn, join the “1 euro museums”!
