My road to launching and running a boutique software development firm has been a liitle windy.
I started my career as an artist and academic in the field of integrated electronic arts.
Had I known what I was getting into, I would have told them to find someone more qualified!
And so I headed off to the big city of New York – to lead a multi-million dollar team of animators to create the trial graphics that would help Deutcshe Bank ultimately recover 6Billion dollars in losses. I was 23.No one doubted why I was in the room. From day one I was part of the brain trust, sitting at the table with Deutsche Bank’s North American chief and the best legal minds
By this “misunderstood” I think about being the only female and at least 25 years yonger then everyone else involved.
Role of Mentors – he saw me as the most qualified person for the job. He didn’ t see my age or my gender.
Running group not going great, launched but don’t own any part in this business
Had they told me we were going to launch this application with the Back Street Boys 20 th anniversary concert with viewers all around the world, I would have told them the deadline is too tight, it couldn't’ t be done.. Etc. But we did it with raving reviews.
