EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK DEFINITION: A guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe and in other countries. Main aim:  to provide a method of assessing and teaching which applies to all languages in Europe.
EUROPEAN FRAMEWORK LEVELS: A Basic Speaker 			A1 Breakthrough  			A2 Waystage  B Independent Speaker 			B1 Threshold  			B2 Vantage  C Proficient Speaker 			C1 Effective Operational Proficiency  			C2 Mastery

EUROPEAN LANGUAGE PORTFOLIO ,[object Object],Organised to promote plurilingualism Facilitates the learner's involvement in planning reflecting 		the learning progress assessing  Encourages  to state what can be done in each language  to include information on linguistic and cultural experiences

Document and illustrate achievements or experiences recorded in the Language Biography or Passport,[object Object]
EUROPEAN LANGUAGE PORTFOLIO Aims To motivate learners by acknowledging their efforts to extend and diversify their language skills at all levels. To provide a record of the linguistic and cultural skills they have acquired.
