2. THE BARE NECESSITIES
• Ingredients for 4 servings:
• The measures you see in the
pictures are for two, but the
measures I will tell you are for
4.
• 2 Natural Coconuts, 14 to 16
fresh shrimps, 1 kilo of any
white fish (I used monkfish)
also fresh, 6 big ripe tomatoes,
2 small glasses of dry white
wine, 2 small glasses of home
made fish stock, 1 onion, 1
garlic clove, 1 lemon juice, a
bunch of parsley, olive oil and
salt.
• In a big sauce pan, fry the
shrimps, reserve. Fry the fish
and reserve too.
