INGREDIENTS
Avocado-1
Celery Stics-3-4
Cucumber-1/2
Apples-3
Pineapple-1/2
Spinach- 3 handful
Small piece of Ginger-optional
EQUIPMENT
Juicer
Blender
Sharp kitchen Knife
Chopping Board
STEPS OF PREPARATION
1. Cut the avocado from the center, into half giving it a circular shape. Take out the seed and dispose it off. Scoop
out the contents with a spoon and put it into the blender.
2. Cut the pineapple into half. Peel off the skin and slice the pineapple into small pieces that will fit into the juicer Jar
3. Chop the ginger piece in one inch long pieces
METHOD OF JUICING
The rule is that fruits with moisture on their skin should go last in the juicer as the skin absorbs some of the moisture
of leafy vegetables. Therefore it is best to juice the ingredients in following order
Spinach
Celery
Cucumber
Apples
Pineapple
Ginger
After the juicing is complete pour the contents in the blender with avocado and blend it for around 40 seconds.
