Xsite makes the most of wall and floor space.
Xsite Design Freely. Functionality meets beauty. Additional flexibility built with Traxx.
Xsite Frames Statement of Line Page 114 Frames are in standard sizes 6” increments from 18”-48”. Mid-frame supports ship in the 4 and 2 high segments if available. 3” extenders offer the ability to work around architectural obstacles. Stacking offers a total height of 7-high. Frames include: Frame Attachment Software Wireway covers Power distribution on a powered frame.
Xsite Connectors & Trim Statement of Line Page 115 Connectors are dedicated. Connectors Include: Topcap Connector Fastners Top caps are available as curved or flat in paint or wood. End trims and Top caps have a unique finish.
Xsite Traxx & Tiles Statement of Line Page 116 Xsite Traxx is not the same as traditional Traxx and can not be hung on the wall. Tiles come in many different styles to compliment any interior. Tiles are available in a variety of sizes. Acoustical tiles are the most cost effective and can be field scribed. Use Xsite Traxx instead of a slat tile to hang tools. Storage tiles offer many organizational alternatives. Glass tiles are inset.
Xsite Power & Data Statement of Line Page 117 Select from a 10-wired shared or 10-wire independent electrical system. Each electrical system is independent. You can select powered and non-powered panels. Adding a wireway harness to a non-powered panel is the same price as a powered panel. Jumpers, Duplexes and power entries are specified separately.
Xsite Overview Page 118 Panel is 3” thick. Panels are based on segment heights. The sectional appearance can be gained based on tile placement. Power is run at the base and data runs at the top. The frame is bolted together. You have the ability to stack panels in achieving privacy.
Xsite Frames Page 119 Frames Include: Wireway covers Glides Attachment hardware Mid-frame supports Base wireway harness on powered frames Frame-to-frame connection is with bolts. Base frame heights go from 2-5 high. Frame widths go from 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42” and 48”. What are the benefits of a 3” extender? Frames can be purchased powered or non-powered.
Drawing Xsite Image taken from CAP. Xsite can also be specified in e-magine. Red text is the top cap. Yellow text is Xsite Traxx. The segments heights are referenced at the left from 1-5 high. Frame sizes match the wireway covers at the bottom. The mid-frame supports are shown in green at the 2 and 4 position. Elevation has a front and back designation on the run.
Xsite 3” Extender Page 119 Correct Incorrect
Xsite Off-Module Frames Page 120 Off-module frames are 18”, 24” and 30”. Base heights for a off-module connection must match to be load bearing. You must connect to two points on the frame. You can not bring electrical through this type of connection. When using the curved top cap an off-modular splice can contour the transition between runs.
Xsite attached to Traditional Traxx Xsite Traxx is available in all colors. Xsite Traxx and Traditional Traxx have a different profile. Note the difference in height which is negligible when an overhead or worksurface is mounted. When mounting Xsite onto Traxx there is a gap below the bottom Traxx rail to the floor.
Xsite Stacking Frames Page 121 You can chose to select a 1 or 2 high stacking frame. The maximum stack height is 7 high. Only one stack may attach to a frame. You can not place (2) 1 high stack frames on top of each other. Stack is load bearing given the return panels are the same height. Off-mod frame on page 122 retains same application in planning.
Xsite Stacking Frame Planning Page 121 You can place a single stack frame over two base height frames. You can drop multiple heights in a panel run. When using Stack it is important to note that what occurs on one side is duplicated on the other. 3” extenders are available for stacking frames.
Xsite Hinge Door & Privacy Panels Page 123 The door is always 7 high. Any run with a door is non-load bearing. The door can not be specified on an off-module run. A locking lever is available and is suitable for ADA guidelines.
Xsite Connectors & Trim Page 125,126 and 127 Top caps are available in wood and paint in curved and flat profile. Top caps can be broken up to match the frame width or to span the total run. Notched top cap, included with power/ data pole. A straight connector can be used to create a vertical break. An off-module splice is required for the wall-mount. Vertical trim is flat and be spanned by worksurface or component.
Frameless Glass Page 128 Top cap is sold separately from the glass tile.

Xsite Traxx and Tiles Page 135 Tiles lift and lower into place. Xsite Tile must have Xsite Traxx at the top. The exception is the bottom of the lowest tile. You may omit tiles on the side that is not visible. Exception is when power/ data is going through that segment. Xsite Traxx is required for both sides of a panel to attach support brackets.
Xsite Tiles Height Relationship Page ? Xsite base structure is 2H – 5H. Xsite stack structure is 1H or 2H. Xsite does not go Floor-to-Ceiling. Tiles can be used in a variety of combinations up to 5H. 2H – Worksurface 3H – Transaction 4H – Seated Privacy 5H – Standing Privacy 6H – Clerestory 7H – Door

Xsite Traxx rails can not be mounted to the wall. Traditional Traxx can not be mounted onto Xsite. It is recommended to separate base height structure from stack with an Xsite Traxx rail. INTERWORKS
Xsite Tile Planning Tiles designs can be totally unique to the application. Be careful of application as to not violate planning/ patent rules. These configurations are not in the pricelist. Xsite Tackable Tiles Page 139 Tiles are required on both sides. Fabric on tiles are always railroaded. Fabric tiles are the most cost effective. Fabric tiles can be cut down in the field. NRC – 0.70 STC – 13 Glass tiles are inset. Slat tiles are not required to hang work-tools. INTERWORKS
Xsite Storage Tiles Page 143 You can not place storage tiles back-to-back as they are taking up the interior room of the panel. You can not use the fold-down tile as an overhead shelf as it will not hold the weight. Storage tiles can receive a variety of tools for productivity. Storage tiles can not cross a frame. INTERWORKS
