RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible to oversee and implement the HSE Training
Plan.
 TO Develop HSE Training materials for in-house and job
specific trainings in compliance with the Company & clients
procedures.
 To conduct job specific trainings according to training need
analysis.
 To coordinate with Clients Training Manager for HSE training
progress.
 To deliver project safety induction for non English conversant
work force.
 Develop weekly HSE trainings schedules and refresher
trainings based on weekly hazard observation trend analysis
and recent incidents or lesson learned from other business
sources.

5.  To participate in onsite safety campaigns and conduct on site
trainings.
 Review the Training need analysis at every six months with
the HSE Manager.
 To maintain the functions of Training center.
 To prepare weekly HSE training statistics report for client and
Descon headofffice.
 Observe weekly onsite SOC and incident trend for developing
either new training packages or exercise the existing training
to overcome the issue.
