This presentation is a simple tutorial on Video editing of Movie Maker for Microsoft. It has a similar process when editing using Imovies under Apple and You Tube Video Editor.
This is the movie maker webpage at the Windows Web Site. ( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/features/movie-maker)
All Windows 7 should already have Movie Maker installed, just click the Windows Icon.
Then type movie maker at the search tab, you will see the movie maker and click on it to activate.
In case movie maker is not included in the Windows 7 at your PC you can download at this site for free. ( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/movie-maker-get-started)
This is how movie maker looks like.
It is simple to use Movie Maker, which is also the same steps for iMovie and You Tube Video Editor.
Import Photos and Videos
Not all video, photo, and audio cannot be uploaded to Microsoft Windows 7 Movie Maker. This varies per operating System (Microsoft, Apple, Android, Unix, Linux etc.), Model (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows XP etc.), Hardware (Acer, iPhone, Samsung Galaxy etc.). But there are converters at the web which can be downloaded for free on the web. The trick is choosing the right one. Just Google the formats you want to convert.
Edit your photos and movies
Animation - You may place transitions in between photos and/or videos.
or Visual Effects
Edit Your Audio
Manually add Title and Credits. You can also add a theme Music for the whole Movie if you have not added any audio.
Or choose Auto Movie where Movie maker creates a title, credits and you can upload your theme song for the movie. Movie maker will automatically match the length of the song to the video and photos.
Share to You tube or save as “Standard Definition”
This is how You tube looks like, you can upload video and audio and share to anyone on the web. It can also do Video Editing.
You tube up loader, after choosing the video or audio you want to upload just fill the title. Other information are optional.
You Tube Video Editor, the same steps as movie maker and solving the compatibility problems of Apple, Microsoft and Android. The only disadvantage is it needs a fast internet access.
