Recently, U.S. District Court in San Jose ruled that it allows Samsung to pursue lawsuit against
Apple’s iPhone5 and Apple to pursue lawsuit against Samsung’s Galaxy S III smartphone. The
second smartphone patent war between Samsung and Apple is going to start in 2013.
