SLN – Hosting Services • We saw significant growth from fall 2009 to spring 2010 ◆ Fall 6619 concurrent connections ◆ Spring 7962 concurrent connections • The environment currently consists of ◆ 101 webnodes ◆ 4 file servers ◆ 4 database servers • BC/DR is scheduled to be in place by July 1, 2010
- 6. SLN – BB Services Engagement • Campus site visits have taken place • Draft of online survey has been completed • Benchmarking testing is underway • Knowledge transfer to replicate the tests is scheduled.

SLN – Elluminate licenses for Education participants • Moderator licenses – two per campus ◆ Moderators must stay in room while meeting is in session ◆ Maximum room capacity is 100 users • Timeframe ◆ Elluminate access within the next two months ◆ Integration with ANGEL by October if it proves to be possible and worthwhile • Ongoing negotiations with Elluminate for University-wide license
