Scheduled for release in March, the V5.1 release raises the bar with critical new features in the
following areas:




   Functional and Business Improvements
On the functional side, the 5.1 release supports new customer segmenting techniques: 
GOLD/SILVER and RFM by site.

  On the business side, the e-mailing, texting and mailing capabilities are now better integrated.
  Finally, the process that handles returned items has also been fine-tuned and now includes
  improved support for active promotions at the time the item was sold in order to recompute
  rewards while the item is being returned and thus prevent fraud.
