5. Year Round Stewardship The Alban Institute 5 John Clark came to The James Company with an extensive background in church ministry, having served as an ordained minister for over 20 years. He has served as a program director since 1996. John's abilities include his experience in communicating in a wide range of ministry environments and his extensive church administrative background. Fred Stoltz is a Catholic lay person active in ministry leadership since 1984. In addition to his extensive background in business consulting, he has a Masters degree in Pastoral Studies from St. Francis Seminary in St. Francis, Wisconsin. Fred has served as a director and chairperson on various boards, including Church Council, School Board and a Retreat Center Board.
