I’m Alan Brymer, a full-time investor of 5 years, and I have bought over $10,000,000 of residential real estate, and have been featured as an expert on TV, in several magazines, and as a speaker around the country. I’m here to ask for $98,800 to accelerate my business, half of which I can collateralize with real estate that I own. We’ve developed training that teaches investors how to make more money in real estate, with only a fraction of the stress and time spent. Unlike most training that teaches the techniques of buying and selling houses, we’ll teach investors how to run their activities like a business, using proven principles like strategy and planning, marketing, finance, management, and systemization. By doing this, we’ll not only create at least 5-15 local jobs, we’ll support other local businesses, such as our printers, attorneys, internet marketers, and more to keep money circulating in our community.
