2. Click on “Services for Current Students”

3. Click on “Academic Support Center”

4. Click on “Online Writing Lab”

5. Click on “Client Reporting Form”

6. Please fill out ALL the information and click on Submit
when you’re done.

7. Click on “Writing Tips”

8. Click on “Essay Planning Sheet”

9. Fill this out just like the paper copy. Be sure to put
your Name, Student ID#, and E-mail address.

10. Hit “Submit” when you’re done.
