Piggy Bank is a Firefox extension that allows users to extract information from web pages and integrate it in Semantic Web format. It invokes screen scrapers to extract information when pages lack structured data. Extracted information can be stored in a shared Semantic Bank repository and browsed together regardless of source. The tool empowers users by giving them control over web information and facilitates emerging Semantic Web content.
