Why are we advertising?
Canon is the big and favorite brand in Vietnam. To capture
the year end season, while people shop a lot as well as
enjoy party, traveling, Canon will launch a promotion
campaign to drives sales for Ixus camera. 
Marketing objective 
To increase sales of Canon Ixus camera on Christmas,
Calendar New Year and Lunar New Year
Mechanic of promotion: Online photo contest to win
- 1 x big prize for a trip to Singapore for 2 persons
- Contestants submitted photo(s) will be given 10%
discount voucher to buy Canon Ixus
Target audience
People in Hanoi and HCMC, have good and stable income
They are single or married with kids, they love taking pictures
with friends, family, specially on special occasion when they are
outing, holidays, travelling, celebrating special days of the year
(Christmas, New Year, birthday, wedding...)
They love to share pictures on, particularly on social network
Most of them are owning a compact camera or they want to
buy a new camera
Desired response
To purchase Canon Ixus camera this year end
Requirement
To create creative idea/ direction for the online photo contest
