The story of BD’13 in Hyderabad started ironically with “The Story Teller 2012”
The first product of the year, with a great team we were set to conquer Q1.
NEXUS an event never done by Hyderabad this was the game changer. A niche
event conducted for the stakeholders of AIESEC Hyderabad. Continuing the pace
and doing small scale events like Walk-a-thon, World environment day.
Capitalizing on Recruitment was also a specialty of Hyderabad.
Y2B vja was an other game changer, and a one of the kind event.
Through out the year trying to sustain iGCDP and raising minimal amount.
MDP’s & NEP were a big focus as well in 2013.
Coming towards the end of the year, Balakalakaar 2013, the most significant
event of AIESEC Hyderabad, sales dint stop there NLS 2014 was also a big product
to conquer as well. Hyderabad was also always nationally aligned
Also winning the Best Department Exchange Support 2013.
Having said all this the most important thing BD’13 focused on was member
development, everything else was a by product of this one thing.
Having 7 people who have been in BD’13 and now on the EB’14 is the biggest
achievement.
Having one of the best member retention and department culture.
This was what BD of Hyderabad 2013 was all about.
