person can enlist   the aid and support of
others in the       accomplishment of a
common task

Leadership is ultimately about creating a
way for people to contribute to making
something extraordinary happen
But let’s guess, may the leaders are born or they are made???


                  For sure they are made
Being a leader is a position of respect, earned by his actions
So why Leadership is actions not a position

Leaders don’t wait for opportunities to come, but they try hard
And seek for it

Real leaders are ordinary people with extraordinary determination

Motivate, strategize, plan, act, product, building, institute
They INSPIRE, care about others, believe in others and make them

.Start promotion from Introduction
to AIESEC stage amongst other
opportunities they can take in
AIESEC: include LR in LC
simulations.
.Encourage members on leadership
positions, active alumni and people
on Leadership roles outside of
AIESEC to share their experiences
during LC meets, etc.
We have to
remember that
 leadership is
not only about
 positions but
 also attitude
and behaviors.
Working groups:

Split into groups of 5 persons
Pick a leader in each group
Develop a marketing for a new product of candies
