and has to travel often to meet clients.
 He said the biggest problem with his
smartphone during travelling is its
battery life.

6. Prototype/Refine
 I did both of these steps at the same time. I
found and solved the problems of my
prototype while working on it.
 One problem that I had was that the clip’s
connection to the case interfeared with the
area that the smartphone was going to be
held in.
 I solved this problem by moving the clip to
the side that the cords were stored on, thus
preventing damage to the smartphone.
