I think that both are really efficient it’s depend of the
management board of your hotel because one of them is
more interested by the figure and the other more attracted by
the innovation through reputation management. At the end, I
like the two of them but to understand well there differences I
will needed a demo from the both site. And If I would have
been a hotel I would have asked them to show me why I have
to choose this tool in front of the other. Also, it depend of my
employee I will prefer Review pro for skilled staff and TrustYou
for young staff.

ORM is like social media because we build relationship with customers, to
increase the rank of the hotel and so the booking. Also, doing ORM is talking
to customers through different social media (facebook, twitter…) answered to
the customers permit to increase rank.

I think that a hotel can used ORM with posting picture of the post of the
customers on different plateform, using picture of customers in the hotel
during their journey, using video with them, using twit they posted … But
where is the privacy limit ! We need to inform before the used of the pictures.
