La idea:  Pla de Palau nou pulmó de Cuitat Vella Reconversió de Pla de Palau en un entorn únic, sense cotxes. Entorn per reunir-se, respirar, descansar, expressar-se. D’un espai sense vida on els cotxes tenen tots el drets a un dels espais més vius i sans de Cuitat vella.
