(which most decide to lose before they even start). As time goes on, instead of strengthening their
resolve, smokers become more weakened in their resolve as they get past each craving.
My advice to you is to think about each craving this way; it is not a battle that saps energy from
your resolve, it is a meal that fortifies your quit attempt. You should not become weaker with each
craving as if each battle takes energy from you - each encounter is another potential to boost your
supremacy over smoking and should be enjoyed as such.
