The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has reopened its Academy for training Air Traffic Controllers and intends to hire around 3,000 people over the next year for positions across the country. Given that Air Traffic Controllers must retire by age 56, the FAA anticipates significant hiring over the next several years. The FAA will post positions on USA Jobs from February 10th to 21st and conduct nationwide recruitment.
