There is uncertainty after graduation; students do not
know what continues.
Students do not know if they are really prepared.
Companies offer very low pay to recent graduates
because they have not experience and graduates
have no experience because there is not employment
for graduates without experience.

Graduates work on anything just to gain experience,
so they end up doing things that are not related to
their profession.
The institution where you study makes a difference
but it is not a guarantee.

make his business grow.

and goes to the gym.

The school should have an exchange program with
companies for students to gain experience.
Some careers are very demanding and do not allow you to
work due the workload of every day at school.
Nobody prepares Students to transition from college to labor
field.
The students need mentors for the transition

happen very smooth and then suddenly they realize that
it is not.
Under the same conditions, good physical appearance
makes you have more chances to get the job.

help their students for the transition from
school to work in real life.
