This document outlines an IP course aimed at providing students with e-skills for collaboration and knowledge sharing in a digital society. The goals are to help students identify their ICT competencies, explore various collaboration tools, select tools to create a personal learning environment, learn to use the tools, and work collaboratively using web 2.0 tools. The methodology includes lectures, workshops, skills assessments, mentoring, and sessions for students to develop and share their work. Outcomes include academic papers, a course blog, a conference, and a defined set of collaborative tools. The target students are in higher education fields like social education, teaching, and health.
