100 consumers. SAMPLE AREA Faridabad  MODE OF ANALYSIS The instrument used for data collection was in the form of questionnaire. The questionnaire was used as it facilitates the tabulation and analysis of the data to be collected. The data collected was subjected to simple frequency distribution and percentage analysis.
