• A System Change for Medicines Optimisation
– An integrated, coordinated, patient-focused approach to
supporting at-risk patients to take their medicines effectively
– Raising awareness and providing education and training for all
healthcare professionals on the range of options for support
patients
– To evaluate and where appropriate improve access to new
technologies and evaluate their cost-effectiveness
