2. What we did for audience feedback
After we had completed our documentary we got a group of 15 people to watch it. We got them
to watch the documentary itself, listen to the radio trailer and then look at the double page
spread. This meant that we could get feedback from a group of people that don’t particularly
know us meaning the answers were going to be truthful and things that we could work for future
media projects. We completed a 12 question questionnaire and handed out to the audience and
made them answer the questions anonymously.
How we gained our audience
feedback
After we had handed out the questionnaire I looked through the answers and just tallied down
the feedback we got for each question, this then meant I could put it into graphs and clearly
show what feedback we received, feedback whether it is positive or negative is always useful for
a project because it can mean you can work on things that need to be improved but also means
you can almost show off things that people like about your projects.
3. This is how I first set out the
feedback before I moved on to
putting it into graphs.

16. Feedback
Overall I think the feedback we received was more positive than negative, this is good because it
means that the audience like our projects and would watch, listen and read them if they were
real. I think feedback is important and I wasn’t surprised by the results because due to the
audience giving me the feedback were the target audience which mean they would be interested
in our chosen topic, I also think that it’s a topic you want to know about whether you are our
target audience or not because its something that should be taken seriously. Feedback means
that we can work on our documentary if we had more time to and then make sure that the
audience liked everything about the 3 projects but it is good if people don’t like it because
everyone has different tastes and ideas. With most people not wanting to change anything about
our documentary this could be because they thought that everything worked well together, the
only questions that caused different answers were the questions we asked were to do with
appearance of the double page spread and the style of documentary and radio trailer, I think that
this it because everyone does have different tastes.
