Foot odor is a common disease & it can be
happened to the people of different ages and
genders. It is considered as one of the
embarrassing diseases as it produces foul smell to
the surrounding people. The foot odor is usually
called as smelly foot and in the medical terms it is
called as bromhidrosis. The sweat on the foot
usually does not vaporize and resides on the skins
of the foot and gradually bacteria grow in those
places and produce the foul smell
This foot odor usually occurs due to continuous use
of shoe, socks for a long time.

CURES:
Baking Soda
It is considered as one of the effective remedies for the foot odor
as it neutralizes the PH content of the sweat and as a result the
growths of bacteria reduce in the skin. The patient needs to mix 3
tablespoons of baking soda and sage leaves together in an
airtight jar for a day. Then the mixture is to be sprinkled in the
shoes and must be left overnight to remove odor.
In the morning you need to use those shoes and socks to avoid
the odor throughout the day. Apart from this the patients can also
put their legs in the warm baking soda water mixture for 20
minutes after they remove the shoes, to get rid of the foot odor in
the home.
4. SUGAR SCRUB
You need to mix the clean water, lemon, coffee and
sugar in a container to prepare a thick mixture.
After removing your shoe, you need to scrub your
feet with this mixture to remove all the bacteria and
dead skin from your feet and then wash your legs
properly. This procedure is to be performed 3 to 4
times a week to get maximum benefits. Before the
scrub you need to soak the feet in the warm water
for better results
5. SAGE LEAVES
The sage leaves contain tannic acids along
with antibacterial and antifungal properties;
these are quite helpful to reduce the sweat
production in the human body. You need to
grind some sage leaves and put those inside
the shoes and socks to absorb the odor and
to produce a nice green scent
6. LAVENDER OIL
It is a rich source of anti-fungal properties
and it also kills bacteria and produce good
fragrance. You need to put 3 drops of
lavender oil in the warm water and need to
soak your feet for 20 minutes twice daily to
get rid of foot odor.
7. BLACK TEA
Three numbers of tea bags are to be boiled
in 3 cups of water and then extra amount of
water is added to prepare the solution where
the patients have to soak their feet for 15
minutes once a day to get rid of foot odor.
