Mega-9 focuses on fabricating high end precision optical components, including narrow

wavelength can be achieved from 250nm to 1100nm, and the bandwidth varies from 10nm to
50nm according to customers' requirement. And the blocking level of OD6 in rejection band
can be achieved and measured. For beam splitter cubes, the available wavelength range is from

Features
The filters with high blocking depth is generally used in biochemical analysis, such as fluorescence microscopy or enzyme label.
The blocking depth often needs more than 5 OD(optical density). This type of filter is composed of several sheets which are
cemented together by optical glue. The blocking range of 200-1200nm is regular, which is suitable for CCD or CMOS
response.

3. High temperature optical filters
Features
In general, the optical filters is able to work in the environment below 100℃, however high temperature optical filters can work
well under 400℃~600℃ surrounding by special fabricating technology. In some situation like high power illumination, to get
rid of infrared radiation with a cold mirror, the mirror has to stand high temperature.

Features
A polarizing beamsplitter(PBS) cube consists of a pair of right angle prisms cemented together. The hypotenuse face of one prism is
coated with multilayer dielectric coating for polarization splitting. When an unpolarized light is normally incident upon the entrance face, it
is separated into two polarized beams, emerging through two adjacent faces in perpendicular directions and polarized orthogonally to
each other. The transmitted beam is called p-polarized while the reflected beam is called s-polarized.
PBS cubes Mega-9 offered have good extinction ratio of Tp:Ts(>1000:1).
The size available for the PBS cubes are 5X5X5, 10X10X10, 12.7X12.7X12.7, 20X20X20 and 25.4X25.4X25.4.

Non-Polarizing Beamsplitter Cube (NPBS Cube) consists of a pair of precision right angle prisms cemented
together with a metallic-dielectric coating on the hypotenuse of one prism. The beam splitter is insensitive to
the polarizing state of incidence. The splitting ratio between S- and P-polarization can be controlled within
5%. This means that they will not change the state of polarization of the incident beam.
The size available for the NPBS cubes are 5X5X5, 10X10X10, 12.7X12.7X12.7, 20X20X20 and
25.4X25.4X25.4.
