This presentation summarizes an engineering project to develop new easy-open packaging for cereals to help disabled people. The objectives are to create new flavors, attractive packaging, and easy-open packaging mechanisms. The project team roles include a manager, designer, computer arts developer, and nutritionist. Concept designs were developed for new packaging and flavors. The target market is health-conscious people and disabled individuals. Proposed easy-open designs include sliding a plastic holder or string to open an air-tight seal without difficulty. Flavor and target market examples are provided. A Gantt chart schedules the project tasks.
2. INTRODUCTION With our research on a company called POST and the cereals they currently provide in the market, we would be able to develop new methods of easy open able packages for disabled people and thus make the sales of the company better but with achieving a noble objective.

5. CONCEPT DESIGN: the brainstorming was carried out in order to come up with new packing and flavors .
6. TARGET MARKET Our basic target markets are health conscious people and especially the disabled people who face difficulties in opening the cereals. Those who are fed up from the same old custom flavors, we want to bring more health and tasty flavors to their daily lives.
7. CONCEPT DESIGNING After the research of the product that we have chosen we did a complete analysis on the cereals that are currently provided in the market in particular we had to be innovative. we came up with different new styles of packaging and attractive opening methodologies especially for the disabled people.
