特に昨今、助成機関によるオープンアクセス義務化が増えており、その動向がオープンアクセス・機関リポ
ジトリの今後の展開の鍵を握っています。
日本でもこの4月にJSTがオープンアクセスを推進していくという方針を発表したところです。
各研究助成機関の世界的な協調が進んでおり、出版物のオープンアクセスをどのように進めていくか、が
議題にも上がっています。

例えば、マサチューセッツ工科大学では、コンテンツの収集・登録についてシステマティックなワークフロー
システムを構築していますが、出版者代行登録も利用しています。出版者代行登録のサービスを提供して
いるBioMed Central社では、SWORDによる機関リポジトリへの転送を行なっており、収集・登録作業の負
担軽減につながります。出版者からファイル入手できないものについては著者にファイル提供を依頼して
います。

PMCへ代行登録。研究助成機関からOAにするための資金を得る。NPGはIRへのサービス拡大も検討と
5年位前から言っている。

研究データの登録・公開を義務付けるジャーナルが増えてきているが、日本の図書館側からの反応はあ
まり見えない。データリポジトリ自体は増加してきているが。
