YES – European Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs
participates at the “Startup Advocacy Summit” taking place in
London on May 23-24th.
Affect real change on the way politicians develop laws that
impact tech startups
This is the first time groups representing tech startups on policy will have come
together. In fact this is a unique opportunity to share experiences, learn to better
represent startups, and affect real change on the way politicians develop
laws that impact tech startups.
According to organizers, “The people attending won’t be sitting down being
talked to. The work that takes place over the conference will be informing future
lobbying work in European and International stages”.

A summit organised by Coadec
This summit is organized by “Coadec – The coalition for a digital economy”.
Coadec is a non-profit organization founded in 2010 in order to support
legislation and other government policies that foster a vibrant, innovative and
sustainable digital economy for Britain. Coadec is led by an all-volunteer steering
committee. Their work is supported by a full time member of staff, Executive
Director, Sara Kelly. They are funded through sponsorship, donations and
fundraising activities.
