Vietnam Youth to Business Forum July 2014 is the 6th Vietnamese version of Youth to Business Forum, powered by AIESEC in Vietnam. With 500 student attendants and 20 business partners, the event is the largest annual event of AIESEC, aiming to narrow the gap between Youth and Business, from which prepare students with business mindset and knowledge that can help them better orient their future careers.

3. Introduction
The Youth to Business Forum is an initiative powered by AIESEC driven by a global
need for businesses and youth to communicate on major issues and generate ideas
for future actions.
The platform enables youth to voice their opinions and allows them to be validated
and strengthened with inputs from experienced business leaders through our one-
day event.
This event is a Vietnamese 6th edition of more than 160 global, regional, national and
local forums that are happening every year across 124 countries and territories.

Entrepreneurial Leadership
The topic creates space for students and business to discuss how to see ‘problems’ as ‘opportunities’
and promote “Can do” attitude to build-up entrepreneurial mindset for a generation of future
leaders .
Career Development in Global Era
By being issued with business insights and realistic expectations, youth is equipped with global
mindset and competencies required to work effectively in a global environment.
Youth-led Social Innovation
The topic creates a platform where social business innovations are shared to foster innovation
mindset of Vietnamese youth with the aim of switching ideas into actions and connecting business
to the needs of society.

88% of delegates have Business background
60% of delegates are in their main studying years at university (year 2
and 3), and 12% are ready to enter the workforce (year 4 and graduates)
Delegates come from a variety of universities in Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang and
Hanoi, including a big percentage of Foreign Trade University in Hanoi and Ho Chi
Minh and University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh.
