1. Company Description
Hebei Jingye Fitting Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. which is subordinate to Hebei Jingye Group. with the
registered capital of RMB 16.000.000 Yuan. At present the company owns 72 domestic most advanced NC lathes
,10 NC drills , 25 vertical drillers, 2 drill presses , 20 normal lathes , one 800T and one 400T fast hydraulic presses
, 2 closed type single point press , one plate shearing machine , 2 NC gate-type cutting ma-chines , 14 metal band
sawing machines ,1 1600T oil press , 1 NC horizontal ring rolls and vertical rolls , 3 feeding machines , and 5
heating furnaces .
Based on self abundant technical strenth and professional manufacturing equipments , and taking the advantage
of the Group's steel and iron and using qualified medium plate as raw material , we can produce downward
welding flanges and blind plates of evey model and every specification as per Japanese standard JIS , German
standard DIN , American standard ANSI , British standard BS , Global standard , and shihua SH etc . We can also
produce non-standard flanges as per the drawing and samples offered by the customer. The annual production
capacity is above 50000t.
