Case
FOR case by case
Flexible Processes
Connect process snippets to manage unique work on a case-by-case basis
XMPro’s Adaptive Case Management (ACM) lets business users create their own case
templates by combining workflow and process snippets into end-to-end case
management. Re-use existing structured workflows and dynamic processes or create
new process snippets to suite the specific requirements of a case. Each case has the
full functionality of XMPro work tasks that include social collaboration and
discussions, embedded analytics, Best Next Actions and Ad-hoc tasks.
• Create Case templates
• Case-by-case sequencing
• Drag & Drop arrangement
Create visual cases based on
templates that can be adapted
to suite the specific case with
drag & drop case composition
XMPro Scheduler
Visual Resource Scheduling of both people and equipment
XMPro’s Resource Scheduler provides a calendar-based view of people with workflow,
process or case management tasks. Equipment and resources such as machines and
facilities can be associated with a task, each with its own capacity constraints or
rules. Tasks can be added or removed or moved from one person’s to-do list to
another. Color-coded task statuses make it easy to see completed, in-progess and
planned work across a range of resources, all in a single view.
XMPro resource Scheduler
provides an active “drag & Drop”
resource calendar that makes it
easy to visualize resource
utilization and scheduling
• Link people and resources to tasks
• Global Resources view
• Create Tasks from Scheduler
2. Case Timeline
A single view of a case across multiple, simultaneous, Case tasks
The XMPro case Timeline gives a
case manager and case
participants a single view of all
the tasks and collaboration,
even if there are Parallel
processes simultaneously in the
case.
The Case Timeline makes it easy to quickly access all the tasks and collaboration of
an adaptive case. Ad-hoc tasks and comments can be added while XMPro’s standard
Social Discussions will bring task-level comments to the timeline. End users
(workflow and task users) still see case tasks in their normal XMPro work portal to-do
list. The Case Timeline provides case managers with a “birds eye-view” of the case,
all corresponding files and documentation and “data views” of case data.
• View All tasks and comments
• Create discussions from Timeline
• Single view with all files & data
Case Gantt View
See process milestones and dependencies in a visual Case Gantt View
The XMPro Gantt view provides a visual representation of all the process snippets,
workflows and tasks. It shows dependencies with visual queues in a familiar, project
style, Gantt view. Any changes to case tasks, sequences and due dates are
automatically updated in the Gantt view to put case managers in the driver’s seat
when it comes to pro-actively managing case work.
• global view of a case
• Visually see milestones & deadlines
• Direct cases to SLA goals
The XMPro case Gantt view puts
your case managers in the
cockpit to manage milestones,
deadlines and dependencies on a
case-by-case basis
