1. Happy Thanksgiving From Mrs. White’s Class

2. The students did a variety of activities to celebrate Thanksgiving this year. The students learned about the voyage of the Mayflower and traced the journey on the globe. They also learned what it was like to live in the times of the Pilgrims.

3. The students made turkey hats to wear at their Thanksgiving celebration.

4. The students made Turkey centerpieces to take home to decorate for Thanksgiving.

5. The students learned that the Pilgrims did not have stores to get their food from and had to grow and make their own. In class, the students made butter from cream and tasted it on crackers.

6. Everyone had a great time at our Thanksgiving Celebration. A special thanks to everyone who sent in snacks.
