2. Mission
 To bring awareness to endangered species by providing a digital platform for
conservationists and everyday animal enthusiasts
 The “Whirly Globe” App provides one-stop electronic information about animal
habitats, numbers, descriptions and crowd-sourced photos
 Zoos and Wildlife Foundations will help source information on mapping, species
numbers and GPS animal tracking from their sponsored animals
 We will partner with zoos, foundations and conservation groups to granting their
members access to real-time information about select species via mobile devices
 This creates endangered species awareness and user engagement to further enhance
zoo experiences and provide tangible data to concerned
people, foundations, scientists, naturalists, etc
 White Ram will work to create unique applications for foundations, preservations
groups, zoos and sponsors

3. White Ram Software Development
 White Ram will design, develop, launch and maintain a mobile geographic information
software application that allows a user to geographically interact with the geographic
ranges of endangered species, and during that interaction obtain informational and
entertaining facts about that endangered species.
 We can potentially serve as data curators for Zoos in the US and globally
 Working with zoos and wildlife preservation organizations, we will work with sponsors
on developing geospatial software to aid in saving endangered animals
 Working Example:
 We would partner with the Central Park Zoo in New York City to map the natural
habitat of their two Snow Leopards, Molly and George
 The Snow Leopard Foundation tracking team and conservationists would have
access to detailed information on mobile devices in the office and in the field
regarding the whereabouts of the Snow Leopard population in Mongolia
 Central Park Zoo visitors would use a Zoo Visitor App on their iPhone or ipad to
linking to the Whirly Globe App with information about Molly, George & the Snow
Leopards’ species and natural roaming terrain

created an ipad, iphone and computer
application for the 3-Dimensional mapping
of endangered species terrains
• iOS technology allows for unique
customization of content added onto the
base “Whirly Globe”

of engendered species and their habitats

8. How do we save the animals?
• The Gaur or Indian Bison (bos gaurus) has
experienced a rapid decline in population
of over 70% in the last three generations
• This is the largest species of wild cattle
and only 10,000 – 30,000 remain in it’s
native habitat in the forests of Southeast
Asia
• Due to hunting, poaching for
trade, disease and habitat
encroachment, the Gaur is listed as
vulnerable by the IUCN
• We want to find out where the live and
roam how many are left

10. Choosing your animal
• Users can easily scroll through the list of
animals to find their selection
• The Guar is currently listed under its
scientific name, bos gaurus
• If using our app linked through a zoo or
foundation, a special graphic will indicate
animals that live in the zoo or are of
importance to the specific sponsor group
• After making their selection, the Whirly
Globe will automatically rotate to
highlight the animal’s geographical habit
