Paid
marketing is what you need nowadays to develop a nice business on the internet. While in the past you
could simply write an article, post it on Ezine Articles and get traffic, or rank on page one of Google
applying the proper keyword density and basic backlink strategies, nowadays you can not rely on this
approach solely.
They still work, however not as they used to... for SEO you need authority, and for article marketing - a
lot more than just posting to article directories. Paid marketing is the fastest way to build a business. You
will need some proper sources to get that paid traffic from, which is why I prepared the ultimate paid
marketing sources list.
Not that paid marketing hasn't changed... it sure has, especially Google PPC, yet it still is the fastest way
to build your list and start getting results in your business. SEO is more of a long-term traffic strategy...
and if you are trying to rank a fresh blog... well, I believe you might have a hard time ranking.
So again - it is paid marketing that will help you develop a nice business online.
Pay Per Click Marketing
pay per click marketing is an awesome way to get instant traffic to your site. However it is a bit expensive

since you do pay for every click you get. It is a pretty straight forward process: To get started with PPC,
you need several hundred bucks at a minimum. You simply need to pick a bunch of keywords, create a
few ad groups, write a few ads, enter your maximum bid for each keyword and set a daily budget.
That's about the whole thing - dead simple, opposed to what you will hear from some marketers.
1 Google Adwords
Does it still work? Heck yeah it does. It is just not as simple as when the internet was so new to affiliate
offers and scams. Back then anybody could make money using adwords by just sending people to
whatever affiliate offer. It was that easy to convert people. Not anymore though, now you have to
overcome all the rules and regs as well.
It’s probably the most expensive PPC network, but if you want volume in terms of traffic… Google is the
place to go
2 Facebook PPC
Facebook PPC is the better alternative if you want laser targeted traffic. It might be the way more
lucrative option for you since it is not search traffic and you could basically target whoever you want.
You can choose the sex you want to target, the age group, the countries, select interests and more. The
more interests etc you add, the more targeted your ads will be – but the less they will be shown.
3 Microsoft Adcenter
Microsoft Adcenter is in my opinion the better option for search PPC. It is way cheaper than Adwords
and after you click the link above you will find out the other reasons why.
4 7search
7search is just a third-party PPC network. They don't have much traffic, yet they could be a nice addition
to your PPC campaign.
5 Miva
Miva is another third-party search engine that’s a little better than 7search. The traffic converts higher
and if you signup I believe you get $25 in free traffic
Media Buys
This is the word for buying advertising on other sites. This means banner advertising or anything alike.
Banner advertising could be a very profitable venture, and the same time a waste of time and money.
Same as most methods, it used to work better, now I don't really recommend it... but it is still a way to
advertise when having some money to invest.
It works better when you advertise on really popular sites, as you might already know. You will need

some serious cash to get massive exposure.
Adready is the place to go for banner advertising, or you could just contact site owners asking for placing
your ads on their sites.
Solo Advertising
Solo ads are the best option to go for when wanting to spend money on paid marketing. This is the most
efficient and the fastest way to build your list of subscribers, consequently start making money with your
business.

run extremely profitable campaigns and where to buy solo ads from.
PPV - Pay Per View Marketing
As the name reveals you pay for the views using this paid marketing method. PPV is pop-up marketing...
you provide a network with your landing page and target a specific group of people. Then your page starts
popping up on other people's screens.
It is a pretty simple and affordable strategy. You can also use it for contextual advertising.
1. Traffic Vance
This is one of the most popular PPV networks, since they have awesome traffic and are probably the best
option to go with. They have a lot of traffic, yet there is quite some competition there. However it is still a
pretty good option for your PPV marketing.
2. Direct CPV
Direct CPV are a relatively new network, but a great one nonetheless. They have countless sites in their
network and its growing daily.
3. Media Traffic
This network is not the best, yet it might work for you. Their network is huge, but the traffic is not that
great. You really have to test it to see if it would work for you... I don't recommend it though.
Time has truly come to do diversified marketing. You can not rely on one or two methods any more. You
have to test and run several different marketing campaigns to get traffic and grow your business. The
huge competition along with the more fake businesses online have made it more difficult to run an IM
business.
But of course this doesn't mean you will not get yours to grow fast. You will, you just have to include
paid marketing a bit more in your business.
