Volicon's Observer system allows for mobile access to monitored content. The Observer mobile app provides an intuitive interface for reviewing and approving content on iPad, iPhone and Android devices. It uses adaptive streaming over 3G networks to reliably deliver content. The Observer system encodes video at multiple rates and streams the best available quality to mobile devices. This allows users to view live or recorded content from any location.
