History
The department was founded in 2004.
Activity
The department trains bachelors, engineers, and graduate students involved in the
retraining and advanced training of specialists of industrial enterprises and
other organizations.

As part of the action research study made of heat removal from
point sources applied to microprocessor technology. Conducted
number of studies and found optimum performance and
construction of cooling devices.
Expected result: a patent for utility model.
