The Village at Leesburg announced today that Leisure Fitness Equipment LLC, a top dealer for brand name fitness equipment, has signed a lease for retail space within the 1.2 million square foot mixed-use project located at VA Route 7 and Crosstrail Blvd. Leisure Fitness is expected to open in the first quarter of 2012 and will occupy 2,255 square feet of retail space in suite 100 of the 1603 block of Village Market Blvd.

LEESBURG, Va. (October 27, 2011) – The Village at Leesburg announced today that Leisure
Fitness Equipment LLC, a top dealer for brand name fitness equipment, has signed a lease for
retail space within the 1.2 million square foot mixed-use project located at VA Route 7 and
Crosstrail Blvd. Leisure Fitness is expected to open in the first quarter of 2012 and will occupy
2,255 square feet of retail space in suite 100 of the 1603 block of Village Market Blvd.
The tenant was represented by Kirk L. Cheney and Craig S. Cheney with KLNB Retail, while
Village at Leesburg was represented by its exclusive retail leasing team, Dimitri Georgelakos
and Susan Pan from KLNB.
