Infinity Pool
There is a beautiful infinity pool with water bar, an outdoor dining area with a large barbecue under the
Frangipani tree, sun loungers by the pool, and a shady Thai Sala. The villa can comfortably
accommodate up to 14 guests in luxury, fully air-conditioned surroundings, with plenty of space for
everyone.
Living Areas
The villa dining room has seating for twelve, and has magnificent panoramic views over the west coast
of Phuket and Bangtao Bay, with french windows opening to the pool terrace, and there is a fully fitted
and equipped european kitchen. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and in addition all the rooms have
large efficient ceiling fans.
The living room has a large screen cinema system with a varied selection of DVD films, and satellite
TV. Free broadband wifi internet. There are comfortable sofas, both in the living room and outside on
the covered terrace looking over the pool, with a fabulous view of the Andaman Sea.
The Thai Sala has a revolving table, and sunken seating for shady pool-side dining.
Bedrooms
There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the villa.
The bedrooms are all large and luxurious, with unique individual designs, and the en-suite bathrooms
are also very special.
Bedroom 1is by the pool, perfect for a late night swim before bed, and has it's own private terrace with
fabulous sea views, and a separate sitting area with desk. It has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and
a large and unusual en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi.
Bedroom 2 is on the second level. This has a super-king-size bed, a large private terrace surrounded by
lush tropical vegetation, a sitting area and walk in wardrobe. The bathroom has an outdoor bath with a
lovely sea view. Both bedroom 1 and 2 have safes.
Bedroom 3 is on the same level as bedroom 2, has a super king-size bed, sitting area and small terrace.

It has stairs down to the en-suite bathroom which has a large shower, wardrobes, and it's own pretty
garden. This bathroom is shared with ...
Bedroom 4 which is the "family room". This is a very large room with sofas and TV, children's DVDs
and toys. There are bunk beds, 2 single beds, a queen bed and 3 cots if needed. The bathroom is
between the two rooms, and both have doors leading directly into it.
Bedroom 5 is on the lowest floor of the villa and has a terrace which opens to the lower garden. It has a
queen-size bed, sitting area, a dressing room and a lovely en-suite bathroom with a large jacuzzi.
Bedroom 6 is an independent two storey annexe on the pool level of the villa. The lower part is an
attractive single bedroom with a small garden and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is a living area with a
sofa-bed and small terrace with magnificent views.
Villa Services
Mini-bus and driver There is a mini-bus with driver, available for use by the villa guests, under certain
conditions. It is used for transfers to and from Phuket airport and the villa, and it will normally be
available to you each day up to 9 p.m., apart from arrival and departure days.
Food Shopping and Catering Lily will prepare a meal for you on your first day, so you don't have to
think about shopping after a long flight. It will be a typical Thai dish, something that children will enjoy
as well. Before your arrival in Phuket, please let us know of any food issues, religious or personal, or
any allergies.
After you have settled in, you can discuss your food preferences, likes and dislikes, with Lily. She will
take your personal taste into consideration when preparing meals for you. Her speciality is Thai
cooking, and her tasty dishes will add to your Thai holiday experience. Lily can also prepare western
dishes, and dishes especially for the children.
Please see the In House Menu page. There are cold beers in the fridge which you can either buy or
replace, and good boxed red and white wine kept in the villa to buy at cost price.
Mini-bus and driver There is a mini-bus with driver, available for use by the villa guests, under certain

However, the bus is used for both the yacht and the villa. Occasionaly it has to be used for yacht
transfers, and during this time it will not be available for guests. This would be only for a couple of
hours at a time, and usually in the early morning or evening, so there is still plenty of time for villa
guests to use the bus, even on those days. You will have advance notice of when the bus is to be used for
yacht transfers, so you can arrange your excursions around Phuket accordingly.
Entertainment Systems
Music, TV and DVDs The entertainment system at Villa 4120 is exceptional. The Sonos music system
is computerised, and there are 50,000 songs by many different artists, which you can choose by genre,
album, artist etc. Lily will show you how to use the system. It is "surround-sound", with speakers in
various parts of the terrace and upper villa. You can adjust the volume individually for each area.
Wifi Internet We provide free high-speed internet with wifi.
Local mobile phone provided During your vacation in the villa we offer you the use of a local mobile
phone, which is very useful for contact with Lily and the mini-bus driver Tongpoon. It is a prepaid
phone which you can top up in a supermarket, Lily will explain how to do this. Mobile phone charges
are very low in Thailand.

Our wonderful villa manager and chef - Lily , will take care of every aspect of your stay in Villa 4120.

Lying on the fringe of the Andaman Sea off the west coast of Southern Thailand, the island of Phuket
has magical tropical beaches, crystal clear turquoise water, and idyllic offshore islands. It enjoys all year
round temperatures of between 26 and 36 degrees. The rainy seasons (Green Season), runs from May
until the end of October, with the last 2 months having the most rainfall. However, even in the rainy
season there are still long periods of sunshine each day. The Green season is a nice time to visit Phuket
as most of the crowds have gone and the weather can still be glorious.
