you can get the word out to a
much larger market
• Out of house advertising is
very expensive, getting the
word out through social
media is free

business’ use some form of
social media to promote their

dedicate their days to improving
their social media presence.

• The payoff from taking the time
to promote your business

their business, have reported an
increase in their market

• Companies who do not use
social media will fall behind
when it comes to getting the
exposure they need
• Many times companies who fail
to use social media sites will not
excel like companies who do

• My company spent over $48,000
last year on postcards…..I can
assure you that most of the
households that received these
postcards threw them in the trash.
• This is because most people tend
to look for real estate online, they
really do not care about an old
school postcard, I have tried to
talk my boss into getting on the
social media bandwagon, but he
doesn’t budge.

• Running a social media site for
you business is very easy, yes
it is time consuming but this
generation grew up using social
media.
• Now you can hire interns for
free, or employees to run your
social media.
• Just like a sales or marketing
team you can have a social
media team than can build your
brand
