Our dedication to being the best in the business was recently rewarded when our annual third- party surveillance audit resulted in zero corrective action requests. In other words, our crew and technology performed perfectly under the watchful eye of an outside investigator. Here’s what the auditor had to say about our business and its practices: “This is a very mature system that continues to work very effectively. Management commitment remains firm and resources continue to be made available to the QMS. VTI continues to grow and expand their business and customer base. No negative trends exist in the QMS or any of the measurable goals and targets. Customers are very satisfied with the performance of VTI and continue bring new projects in. Both core processes reviewed and the supporting process attached were audited and were found to be effective.
- 2. A new quality manager was hired and his focus continues to be on continuous improvement and streamlining of processes and procedures. This is a very effective quality management system.” Simply put, we are proud of the performance of our team.
